Um....it's not HB zquest day.....so, I don't get what your point is?

At this point, it's clear that whatever is causing this is not HB (although, the problems did coincide with RR day). It seems legit.

For the last few weeks, i have been playing every day and error code 15 appeared every time when the Zaishen Quest for PvP was Hero Battles, the last time i was playing in Fort Aspenwood.. everyting was just fine until we got error code 15.. i open Guildwiki to check what the new Zquest is and it had just swiched to Hero battles. That is not just a coincidence...and it has noting to do with the internet or a globla latency issue between USA and Germany... it's just Anet's servers that can't haddle so many open Hero Battles games. If a game would last 15 minutes then everyting would be ok... but if thousands of people just entre to resign then there is too many games open simultanously and the game starts rejecting people who want to enter. If anet doesnt want to fix red resign issue then they are the only ones to blame for the code 15 error , it's as simple as that.

Um...I understand your point. We did have the same problem the last two weeks on RR day....but today is not RR day. So...your point is kind of moot.

you do know that HB is being removed completely as a pvp format very soon, therefore effectively fixing the RR issue, right? Any preventive measure of RR before this is somewhat a waste of time seeing as the work put into the fix will soon be erased.

Brilliant! Since you know exactly what the problem is and Anet can't seem to identify it, why don't you petition them to hire you as a contractor? You go in, fix the problem, save the day. I admire smart people so much

sure. it would make sense if it was actually RR day. but today isn't. I even checked to see if, even if the zquest wasn't here, people were getting their last few points in before it was removed but there was only 1 district. i'm sure their servers can handle those few people. your arguement is invalid.

Maybe because thousands of players are sending millions of packets through the network for server requests, overwhelming the routers which have to route them, clogging up bandwidth, a network card on a server can only take so many packets at a time.

You are one of those know it alls who really know nothing other than to vent and QQ when things don't go smooth for ONE god forsaken day and disappear when things are fine, until things go rough again.

this is is really annoying it's a bug concerning areas that match up parties of players since the PvE missions in factions (unwaking waters, vizunah square) also get this message hopefully it'll be resolved soon
